LOST/STOLEN/BROKEN SUNGLASSES REPLACEMENT PROGRAM
Prohibition’s number one goal is to have your back. We want you to live without worry, no matter where the road of life takes you. We want you to feel assured that when you purchase from us, that you are protected, (even from your own klutzy forgetful buttery-fingery self).
That means we cover sunglasses that are lost, broken, or damaged for any reason at all.
If you lose, damage, or break your sunglasses, send an email to headoffice@prohibition.com, to request a new pair through our 2FADED2CARE replacement program.
*The replacement cost for each pair is 42$ (excluding shipping).*
Purchased pairs may be replaced up to infinity and beyond (yeah you read that right) under the 2FADED2CARE Replacement Program. Original purchase must be verified with an original proof of purchase.
The 2FADED2CARE replacement pair will be for the same style/colour if supplies are available. If the style you request is sold out, you will have the option to be notified when the style comes back in stock or choose another pair from the same collection.
Prescription lenses are not covered by the 2FADED2CARE program.
The warranty only covers purchases made through PROHIBITION.COM, a PROHIBITION retail store and other approved retailers.
